Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days and standard international shipping usually takes 6-12 days.
What is your return/exchange policy? Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. Please be careful when trying on apparel. We cannot accept items for return if they are dirty, have deodorant stains or have heavy scents from perfumes. All tags must be attached and not altered with. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Unfortunately, all intimate lingerie items are final sale due to sanitation and health.
Please note that there may be a 10% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges. Any items received to our office that do not fall within our return policy will be sent back to you to you at your own cost.
Sale merchandise is final sale. Please note that any discount code or promotion code used on an order for more than 20% off is only qualified for exchange and does not qualify for return.
Cancellations Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can be processed within a few hours. After an order is processed, we are unable to make any modifications to your order. If you would like to cancel an order please email us within an hour after the order was placed.
How do I make a return? How do I make an exchange? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return/exchange arrangements. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without an approval via email. All items returned back to us without a return/exchange approval will be shipped back. All returns/exchanges must be received to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shipping method accordingly. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available, you may use the credit towards another item you like or we can process a refund if the item falls within our return policy.
When will my credit card be refunded? Once Boutique Dandelion has been received your return shipment, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes on the credit card that was used for the order. Shipping is not refunded. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed. Please know that it may take a few business days for your banking institution to post this refund to your bank statement.
All returns and exchanges are recommended be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Boutique Dandelion is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
Boutique Dandelion will not pay for items shipped back to us under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Coupon Codes When using a coupon code upon checkout, please note that coupon codes cannot be combined. Some codes are only valid during certain time frames or expire. Coupon codes can be applied to sale items.
